No going viral, no living on the app. The right few hundred people finding you, and a profile that turns them into conversations.
Bio line one says what you do for them, not your job title. One link, one action. Pin the three posts that answer your most-asked questions.
Not daily, not vibes. A couple of genuinely useful posts a week beats a pile of rushed ones, and it's sustainable when you've got a business to run.
Posting talks to people who already follow you. Growing means getting in front of the ones who don't: finding them, engaging, welcoming them. This is the part everyone skips, and it's the part that moves the number.
