This site is run by Oliver (@buildwitholiver), based in Australia. The short version: the website itself collects almost nothing, and if you message me on Instagram I only use what you send to reply to you.
buildwitholiver.com is a static site. It has no accounts, no forms, and it does not set cookies. It is hosted on Vercel, whose servers keep standard access logs (things like IP address and browser type) to run the service. If I add privacy-friendly page-view analytics later, I'll update this page.
When you comment a keyword like GROWTH on one of my posts, or send it to me in a DM, my Instagram messaging setup (built on Meta's official messaging platform) may process:
That information is used for one thing: replying to you with what you asked for. I don't sell it, I don't add you to any list, and I don't share it beyond the services that make the reply work (Meta's platform and my hosting provider, Vercel). Meta handles your Instagram data under its own privacy policy.
If you want a conversation deleted from my side, message me on Instagram and I'll delete it.
If you start a trial of the growth tool in step 3, that happens on The Scales Lab's website under their own terms and privacy policy. I don't receive your login or payment details. I'm an affiliate, so they tell me a signup came through me, and I earn a commission on payments.
